The function of the office is to follow up the families sponsored by the organization, receive and archive their files, and determine the value of the monthly sponsorship for each family.

I added many poor families inside the organization. I have created a system to manage the family details in terms of monthly guarantees. Contributed to the creation of a website to follow up the details of the families. Increased the average guarantees by more than 500%.

The membership program included 1,500 members belonging to the organization. Work in the administration included receiving the annual subscription and signing the membership document. The files are then archived and transmitted electronically. Members are contacted periodically in the various programs of the organization. I have prepared three training workshops on volunteering, and one of our tasks is to coordinate these workshops in terms of location, communication and workshop content. Archiving also included dealing with Excel, payment information for each member, and direct communication with them. There were departments in the administration, including media, call center, public relations and others.
